Realme recently announced that they will be launching the Realme Quicksilver phone powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 778 5G SoC. While the company has not yet revealed its exact timeline, the handset is expected to be launched in China on June 18, according to the reliable Tsterster Digital Chat Station. The tipster did not disclose the details over the phone but it is likely that the Realme Snapdragon 778 phone is 'Quicksilver' and could be part of the Realme GT series. In addition, it is said that Realme will launch the Snapdragon 870-enabled phone at the same event. We recently received a screenshot showing an 'about phone' section of Realme phone powered by Snapdragon 870.

According to the newly opened screen, the next Realme phone will be shipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC, a custom Android 11 based version of Realme UI 2.0 in the box, the latest 256GB version of 218GB will be available, 12GB RAM and will use 5GB of storage as 5GB Visible RAM for much better performance, which means the phone will have 17GB of RAM. We think the Realme Snapdragon 870 phone could have quad cameras in the back. Connection options can include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and USB Type-C charging port. Unfortunately, all of that is great to know about Realme’s calls right now.
